Purchasing Procedure:1. Email us your order at tressesboutique@gmail.com in the following format: ~
Your Name, Contact No, Email & Address~ Respective Item Number~ Quantity~ Colour (if any)
2. Receive email about confirmation order and total cost~ Confirmation order will be emailed to you by the next working day after you emailed us your order.~ Pls resend your order if we do not reply you by then.
3. Make payment~ We only accept Local Bank (DBS/POSB) transfers.~ Sales will only be possible on main island (Singapore).~ All payments should be in SGD currency.~ Payment must be made within 48 hours after receiving our confirmation order email.~ If payment is not received within 48 hours, item will be given to other interested buyer.~
Please be reminded that no cancellation or editing of your orders will be allowed after payment as no refunds will be made.
